中国商业联合会为原中华人民共和国商业部（内贸部）转制，经国家民政部注册的社团法人。主管单位为中央社工委。中商联国际有限公司（CGCC International)为中国商业联合会的境外联络窗口。

中商联国际（CGCC International） 与爱国爱港的民营企业家组建市场化主体，参与符合国家产业政策方向的投资并购及运营项目。

The China General Chamber of Commerce (CGCC) is a non-governmental organization registered with the Ministry of Civil Affairs, formerly known as the Ministry of Commerce (Department of Domestic Trade) of the People's Republic of China. CGCC International serves as the overseas liaison office of the China General Chamber of Commerce.

CGCC International collaborates with  partners  to form  investment entity, participating in investment and merger and acquisition  in line with impacting investment and sustainability
